All Sales Are Final
All products sold on Tiny Crayonz are instant digital downloads. Once a purchase is complete and the download link is delivered, the transaction is final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital products.
This policy exists because digital files cannot be "returned" — once downloaded, the content cannot be taken back.
When We Will Help
We stand behind the quality of every file we sell. If any of the following apply, please contact us and we will make it right:
- Your file is corrupted, blank or otherwise unusable.
- You received the wrong file.
- Your download link expired before you were able to save the file.
- You were charged but never received a download link or confirmation email.
In these cases we will either re-send a working file, issue a new download link, or — at our discretion — issue a full refund.
What We Cannot Help With
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Purchasing the wrong product by mistake (please check the product description before buying).
- Printing or device compatibility issues (PDFs work on virtually all modern devices and printers — contact us if you're having trouble and we'll do our best to assist).
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us within 7 days and we will refund the duplicate charge.
